What are your shipping policies?

Maple & Molasses Boutique offers free First Class Domestic shipping with every order.   


You will receive a confirmation email after your order. Please allow up to a week for your order as each piece is handmade to order (international orders will take longer). Orders are packed very carefully in a sturdy cardboard box and will be sent out via USPS First Class Mail.


PLEASE NOTE:  We are not responsible for incorrect addresses or extra charges that may occur from changing an address once an item has already shipped.  You will incur extra shipping costs if the shipping address has been entered incorrectly.

Do you offer express or international shipping

USPS First Class (domestic) - FREE (3-5+ days) 

USPS Priority Mail Domestic - $8 (2-3 business days) 

USPS Priority Mail International - contact us for a quote, it will depend on your country.  Below are some current estimates:

Canada/Mexico/Caribbean | USPS First Class - $13

South America/Europe/Africa | USPS First Class - $15

Asia/Russia/Australia/New Zealand | USPS First Class - $16


EXPEDITED SHIPPING

All of our shipments that leave the United States will likely spend time in the customs office of the destination country. We cannot provide any customs clearance estimates, but in most cases, shipments may spend anywhere from one to three days in customs.


IMPORTANT: Any customs or import duties are charged once the order reaches its destination country and must be paid by the recipient of the order.

What is your refund and return policy?

We want you to love what you buy! If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase,send it back in unworn, undamaged, original condition, with receipt, within 2 weeks of receiving your order for an exchange or refund. 


Custom orders are non-refundable. Shipping fees are non-refundable.All other jewelry is subject to a 20% restocking fee. 


Insuring your package is highly recommended! Merchandise credit cannot be issued if package is lost or damaged.


If you decide to return your merchandise, please contact us at mapleandmolasses@gmail.com for an RMA number and return shipping address.
